Complex Tibial Plateau Fracture Case 🦴

A complex fracture involving the tibial plateau with fibular head fracture, assessed with pre-operative X-rays and CT scan. The patient underwent surgical fixation, followed by post-operative assessment demonstrating fracture union and a stable knee joint under varus, valgus and posterior stress testing. Follow-up clinical photographs demonstrate good knee range of motion and functional recovery.
